Explicit Consent

Through this Explicit Consent notice, your explicit consent is requested for the processing of your personal data in the candidate assessment process. Consent is limited to the scope and purposes set out below.

Explicit consent covers the processing of your name and contact details, the responses and decisions you give during the simulation, and the transcript, competency scores and evidence quotes derived from them, for the purpose of running and reporting the assessment process.

Your explicit consent to transferring your data to the hosting and infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service, and abroad where necessary, is also obtained through this notice. Transfers are carried out with the safeguards set out in the relevant legislation.

Giving explicit consent is voluntary. However, because a simulation-based assessment by its nature requires this data to be processed, participation in the assessment process may not be possible if consent is not given.

You can withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal; on your withdrawal request your data is deleted unless there is another legal ground to keep it.
