Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sezra service. By using the service you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the service.
The service
Sezra is a virtual assessment center that measures candidates through a simulated workday. The service is at an early stage; some parts are for demonstration and may change without prior notice.
Accounts
The user who creates an account is responsible for the confidentiality of the account details and for the actions taken under it. You are required to keep your information accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that endangers the security or integrity of the system. Unauthorised access, reverse engineering and automated data collection are prohibited.
Customer and candidate data
Customer and candidate data belongs to the relevant party. Sezra processes this data only to deliver the service and never uses any customer data to train a model. For the relevant assessment, Sezra may act as a data processor.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the service belong to Sezra. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service within the framework of these terms; no other transfer of rights is made.
Availability
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. There is no service-level commitment (SLA) in this release. Access to the service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance and development.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sezra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The service is provided as is.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the terms. This text is a draft; final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions will be determined after legal review.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We announce material changes in a reasonable way; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
