This simulation needs a desktop
The simulation shows the inbox, the data dashboard and the timer side by side; that needs a wide screen. Open the same link on your computer.
Today you run operations at Nordwind
This is not a test, it is a working day. As Nordwind's new operations manager you will run campaign day: take over the brief, clear the inbox, decide under pressure, read the data, speak to the press, and assess yourself when the day is over.
The showcase plays every module in the catalog, on the same shortened clock. It is far longer than this day, and it is not what a candidate is given.
Three notes before you start
About 15 minutes
A real Sezra simulation runs for 75 minutes. This demo compresses the same flow into 15: every module's clock is shortened by the same factor, and the reading load is cut to match.
Nothing leaves your browser
Your answers are kept only in this browser's local storage. They are not sent to a server, not stored and not scored. Close the page and come back, and you pick up where you left off.
There is no way back
Exactly as in the real product, you cannot return to a module once it is finished. If the clock runs out the module closes on its own and that decision is recorded as 'no decision'.
The six modules of the day
- BriefTake over the role, the company and today's agenda.
- InboxPut the accumulated messages in order and answer them.
- CrisisThe plan breaks. Decide while new information keeps arriving.
- Data dashboardWork out what the numbers are actually saying.
- Press statementWrite a single public-facing statement.
- RetrospectiveOnce the day ends, review your own decisions.
Nordwind is a company invented for this demo. The names, the numbers and the events are not real.
How you will work through the day
Two settings: how long the day is, and how the screens are drawn. Both are open to everyone, need no reason, and can be changed whenever you like.
The screen settings never leave this screen: they are not sent anywhere, they do not reach the organisation, and they appear in no report and no export.
